Rogers not honouring staff's cell plan promises

I've been here awhile

Customer service agent repeatedly committed to a specific corporate rate cell phone offer and indicated the promise was recorded in notes on my account for any other agent to follow.  She repeated and confirmed the monthly price at least 3 times.  Was on the phone for over an hour. Called back in when a much higher price was posted on my account  (and emailed) to me - which was almost double what was promised.  This is dishonest business practice and i have left Rogers after being a customer for 23 years.  Shameful customer service to make multiple "confirmed" promises that are recorded and then reneg on the offer, and nearly double the promised price.  Shameful.
