I think it would be great if we could redeem points for an iPad. I just need a bit more info to answer your question. Have you recently enrolled in a new points program? Have you signed up for a Rogers Bank Card?  Or are you getting this info from a promotional ad/email?

they just called me and asked for my details they also knew if I gave wrong details then send me a message from rogers with my details that's why I am wondering

Thank you for the updated information. Did you provide the caller with any information? We currently do not have a rewards points system, so this does sound like a scam call. Please feel free to go over our FAQ on our website on how to protect yourself. As suggested there, if the call does seem suspicious, hang up and call us back using a number from our website. Or you can also send us a private message, and we can check your account for you.
