5G Nokia Fastmile and iptv

Dasbert
I've been around

Recently moved to Rogers Nokia 5G Fastmile. Using WiFi to my television, running iptv. Keeps stopping. I know the iptv program is set right because if I hotspot off of my Rogers phone I get.no stopping. Is there some setting I need to make in the Nokia?

@Dasbert have a look at the following post:

https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Mobile-Internet-Other-Devices/Home-Internet-and-FastMile-Strea...

That post seems to imply that Rogers limits streaming thru the Nokia modem to 3 Mb/s and implies that 3 Mb/s is enough to support 720p for tv viewing.  I think one of the problems with this theory is that 3 Mb/s might not be enough to really support 720p.  The other problem is that it might not be possible to lock a tv to 720p.  The tv resolution might float up and down depending on the data rate, and when the data rate drops, there isn't enough data buffered in order for the tv processing to keep running.  That would depend on the tv.

Perhaps @RogersJermaine might be able to provide more details regarding the Nokia Fastmile modem.
