MyRogers: Services button doesn't work

In the app I cannot access Services (the option is not clickable and disabled)

In the website, trying to access Usage and Services it opens to an empty dropdown.

Cannot access my data usage details. What should i do?

In the app I cannot access Services (the option is not clickable and disabled) it is showing as greyed out

In the website, trying to access Usage and Services it opens to an empty dropdown. Again showing as greyed out.

Cannot access my data usage details or check my phone upgrade and cannot track my order.
The billing and support tabs are working fine.
What has happened to the Services tab for Mobile?

Thank you all for bringing this to our much needed attention. We know how important it is to ensure you are able to keep track of your data usage. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I just have a few questions for all of you in hopes of getting this ironed out:

 

When did this issue start occurring?

 

Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing to ensure you have the latest version of the app downloaded?

 

Are you able to access the tab on any other device(s)?
