My phone is cloned

BMT370
I've been around

I have tons of outgoing and incoming calls on my bill that were not made by my phone. Axwell as at times when I have a Bluetooth headset on I can hear someone else listening in or clearing there through, on occasion. I can't get any help from Rogers I've scoured the my Rogers app to talk to A real person but useless, it's only possible if they want mo ey from you. My bills are over/$150 monthly. I just changed my number bit am afraid to use it cause as soon as I call someone it could've someone able to hijack my line again. That's if I fixed the problem at all with changing my number.

If you are using an eSIM. It might be time to go back to a pSIM. If you are using a pSIM, get a new SIM because it is more than likely the SIM has somehow been cloned. I'm not going to dive into the ways this can be done and how easy it is, but a pSIM is less likely to be cloned than an eSIM.
