BritBox Log in Problems

My Wife got hooked on BBC First programming and decided she needs BritBox.

OK, no problem.

Oh wait...problem

I am trying to sign in and can enter my email address but I cannot seem to m ove down to the password box. No matter what button I push, the cursor will not go down to that password box.

I can toggle between boxes before I start typing. I can go to the password box and put in the password but then cannot get back up to the email box.

I have a LG TV and when I go to native LG to the Apps I can log on there.

Help ...

Thank you for your post here on the Rogers Community forums! We do hope you are able to find all the answers to your inquiries here.

We do apologize to hear that you are having issues logging into the streaming app. It is strange that you are not able to get the cursor to take up the keyboard to enter the password. Have you tried the alternate method of signing through the website on another device and then entering the access code provided there?

You can go through the steps outlined here and let us know if that works.
