How to reboot your Ignite Entertainment box

From the Help menu

1. Press A on your Ignite Voice Remote.

2. Highlight Restart. Press OK.

3. Highlight Restart and press OK again. 

It may take a few moments for the Ignite Entertainment Box to reboot.

From the Ignite Entertainment Box

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the box.

2. Wait for 10 seconds and plug it back in.

The Ignite Entertainment Box should automatically reboot.
