Blacklisted yahoo mail

I was told that I need to remove the blacklist email from yahoo  any suggestions?

Congrats on your first post with us and thank you for your inquiry! Has the issue been rectified since you last posted?

Are you attempting to remove blacklisted IP addresses from Yahoo? 

If you aren’t able to send emails to Yahoo subscribers then there might be a possibility that the sending IP was blacklisted by the provider. Mailbox providers are forced to blacklist and filter to keep their users secured from unsolicited emails.

Did you get a chance to fill out the Yahoo Mail Bulk Sender Form? If so and it has since been past a 48 hour window, you can then fill out a Yahoo Mail Delivery Issues Form. Before submitting the Yahoo Mail Delivery Issues Form, please be sure that you are abiding by Yahoo's Email Policies.
