Ignite drops out early morning hours

I've been here awhile
Why is this happening? There are logs, nobody knows why, is this technology beyond scope? If it's a firmware update why does it take an hour and still not working?

It's almost certainly due to maintenance.  If the network teams need to do any prolonged activities that are service-impacting, that's when they will do it.

 

If you lose Internet connectivity and your Ignite Gateway starts flashing amber, try logging into it with a web  browser.  If "Gateway > Connection > Rogers Network" shows something like this:

your node is down -- either intentionally or because it crashed.
