Paperless billing

I am 81 and not in good health and my wife cannot use the computer. Rogers has now made paperless billing mandatory and I can't find a way to still get a paper bill if I am unable to access my computer. I am fully aware that Rogers doesn't care about...

Ignite modem wakes me up at 10:00AM every day with a loud beeping

For the last two days the modem has started loudly beeping at 10:00 A.M. and I have to unplug it to stop the noise. Once I unplug it and plug it back in everything works as normal. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it. Thanks.   *Added Labels*

I don't get the log in screen for Ignite TV on my computer

My ignite tv is not allowing me to log in on my computer. It skips the login screen and goes to setting things up but does nothing after that. It just keeps spinning on the setting up screen.   *Added Labels*

Safe3adblock

I downloaded Safe3adblock and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have tried to uninstall it but with no luck. How can I get rid of it?
