TSN3 Blackout During Toronto Maple Leafs Games in NL

Very frustrating , this has been going on all 2023 - 2024 NHL season..  My father has Bell Alaint here in NL and gets every Leafs game on TSN3,, pretty much every Thursday he gets the game and I’m blacked out..  I have access to all the sports channel except NHL Center Ice.. .Tried calling twice but had  no luck. I explained the situation and was put on hold for tech support, after 1 1/2 hours two nights in a row I gave up,, very frustrating… I have seen the exact same post on this Rogers forums dated back so far as 2018.. Looking for any advice or help please …Thank You

Rogers is probably following the blackout rules properly while Bell Aliant may be getting their signals from Bell Satellite, which may not follow the rules properly.
